SAMSON: In Spite of Our Flaws & Faults

If the church teaches content without conviction, we will raise thinkers but not disciples. Information does not lead to transformation, re-formation does. Pastor Anthony Does leads us through a thought provoking and convicting message asking how did this questionable character named Samson make it into the Hall of Fame of Faith? The answers should encourage us, given that all of us will do knuckleheaded things during the course of our lives. Samson was easily the worst of the judges, yet God used him to accomplish his purposes regarding the Philistines. And that’s the real lesson here; in the end, Samson is not included in Hebrews 11 because of anything he did. He is here because of what God did using his weak, and sometimes nearly nonexistent faith. Confirming really that it’s not about flawed and faulty people; it’s about Him.
